Authors are welcome to submit original and unpublished research contributions. The language of the submitted manuscripts is English. All paper submissions to the DSMIE-2025 should be related to the conference topics. Each paper will be peer-reviewed by at least two program committee members and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, originality, completeness, contributions, and readability.

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of their authors who will commit to registering and attending the conference. The Steering Committee reserves the right to exclude papers not presented from the proceedings.

There are two options for paper submission.

Option 1 - Research paper in partner journal. The deadline for paper submission is April 30, 2025.

Manuscripts should be prepared according to the requirements of the selected partner journal. 

Option 2 - Conference paper in Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering. The deadline for paper submission is February 10, 2025.

Manuscripts should be provided according to the Author's Instructions. Please note that the number of co-authors is limited to up to five persons. One person can submit several papers at the most, but only one paper can be submitted as the first author.
